ハワイ州カイルア出身。グラフィックデザイナー／アートディレクターとして、ビジュアルデザイン、エディトリアルデザイン、タイポグラフィを軸に多岐にわたるプロジェクトを手掛ける。作品は実験的な手法と厳密なタイポグラフィ設計を融合させた独自のビジュアル言語を特徴とし、ブランドアイデンティティ、出版物、展示空間、デジタルプロダクトまで幅広い領域で評価を得ている。

Kara Zichittella is a graphic designer specializing in visual identities, editorial design and art direction. Born in Kailua, Hawaii, she began her practice in Berlin and has worked in Tokyo and San Francisco.
She holds a Master’s degree from Leeds Arts University. Working under the name Zeitype, her practice develops through experimentation and a strong typographic approach.
