セバスチャン・ハースは、ドイツ出身のフォトグラファーで、現在は東京を中心に活動中。
ミュンヘンとベルリンでデザインと写真を学んだ後、ベルリンを拠点に応用写真の分野で活動を開始した。
セバスチャン・ハースの作品は、イメージが持つ観察的な性質を探求し、光や色彩、そして制作プロセスに焦点を当てている。ポートレート、風景、オブジェクトを行き来しながら、存在の気配や身振り、静かなディテールといった繊細な瞬間を捉えることを試みている。 ファッションのコミッションワークと並行して、知覚や反復をテーマとしたパーソナルワークも展開している。

Sebastian Haas is a German photographer currently based in Tokyo.
After studying design and photography in Munich and Berlin, he moved into applied photographic work while based in Berlin. He later moved to Japan.
His work explores the observational qualities of the image, with a focus on light, colour, and process. Moving between portraiture, landscapes, and objects, he looks for subtle moments of presence, gesture, and quiet detail. Alongside fashion commissions, he develops personal work shaped by perception and repetition.
